2. Type in your PIN

  • Go to your account, carefully enter the 4-digit PIN you received by phone, and you’re all set. We will email you your log in details for your reference.

3. Get calling

  • Click ‘top up now’ from the left-side menu and follow the prompts to add credit to your account. Then it’s time to say hello to family and friends!

You can still enjoy great local rates with simplecall while you’re travelling outside the UK.

All you have to do is dial the appropriate access number for the location you’re in, enter your PIN and the number you wish to call – and start talking!

If you don’t know your PIN, it’s ok. Just log in to your account and you’ll find it on under ‘Add phones.’ To avoid international roaming charges from your mobile provider, you’ll have to use a landline or any phone that is local to the destination you’re visiting.
