SimpleCall’s Parent Company Ranked #21 in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100

The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 is sponsored by Hiscox and Barclays and champions Britain's top-performing private tech, media and telecoms (TMT) businesses with the fastest-growing sales over the latest three years.

This is the second consecutive year the company has been placed on the Tech Track 100 list, ranking 13th in 2011. In 2010, Zamir Telecom was acknowledged by the list as a company to recognise.

Zamir Telecom, a global telecommunications company, was founded in 2004 by Managing Director Naufal Zamir to be a champion for honesty and integrity in the telco sector. It leads the market in integrated and innovative telecoms solutions systems for fixed line and VOIP telephony, broadband and data, and was the first provider to offer per-second billing and 24/7 customer service in the retail market.

Around 90% of sales are generated overseas, and international growth, particularly in the Middle East, has boosted turnover 101% a year from £2.8m in 2008 to £23.1m in 2011. The company is now diversifying into green energy projects overseas.
