Hello everybody! A sneek peak at the new look of simplecall

LONDON —Naufal Zamir, founder and managing director of Zamir Telecom and SimpleCall, was awarded by the All European Bangladesh Association (AEBA) during its launch, held in Athens December 1-2.

This is not the first time Mr Zamir, a British Bangladeshi entrepreneur, has been recognised as an influential member of the Bangladeshi community in the UK. He was named among the British Bangladeshi Who’s Who in October 2012 and, in 2011, was named in the British Bangladeshi Power 100. For the AEBA event, approximately 1,000 European Bangladeshis were invited to gather for networking and support during the two-day conference. Mr Zamir was awarded for Outstanding Contribution in Business and Trade Promotion in the United Kingdom, presented by H.E. Muhammad Azizul Haque, Ambassador of Bangladesh to Greece. Mr Zamir was also invited to speak to convention guests on the theme “Together We Are Stronger.” “It was an honour to be a part of the inaugural conference of such a vibrant organisation,” said Mr Zamir. “The impact and influence AEBA can have on creating awareness for the Bangladeshi community in Europe benefits not just us, but the European business community as a whole.” The AEBA aims to build a strong networking group for the Bangladesh community living in 30 European cities — a community that is one of the largest immigration groups in the UK. The annual convention was launched as a platform to build collaboration between different organisational / community initiatives, as well as strengthen ties between Bangladesh and Europe.
